Not really...
...after expecting a 2Mbps link because of my location right out in the sticks and the exchange is in the next village - I now find that my connection averages out at 3Mbps :)
Many thanks to adsl24 for great support and an unexpected boost to my connection :D
I want to complain as well because I don't have anything to complain about!
The random disconnections seem to have gone for now, hopefully forever, and speed is very good considering I really am out in the sticks!
Happy I am!
:-)
I was worried when I saw the topic! But then I thought, hang on, we have very, very few customers who are unhappy (and that's down to BT being so slow!)
I'm glad you are happy here with ADSL24 :)

I really must complain that since joining ADSL24 my connection speeds have been excellent and I have had to suffer from no disconnections at all.
Further more, I have had to endure constant first class customer service as well.
I can't even complain that I'm unable play online games the ping is always very low with no disconnects.
I miss T*scali in a way, at least I had their poor service and slow speeds to moan about all of the time :D
Oh well, better go back to having a go at the council about their refuse collection instead!.....
Excellent job James (and all others at ADSL24), keep up the good work! :) :) :)
thats a good idea actually johns3166.
ever thought of diversifying into the refuse collection business ADSL24?!!!

No need to worry guys. You've got a lot of fans on this board. I don't know of any other isp that has this level of commitment from it's customers.
Well, good customer service and honesty does bring contented customers. For me I know fast speeds are not possible, but a reliable connection at about 2mb is fine for what I need.
The realistic usage allowance and no unfair throttling rounds off a great deal.
Now back to work and listening to internet radio in the background!
