Hi

Did anyone else get a email at the weekend saying that This is just a quick e-mail to let you know we have placed your modify order with BT wholesale.
to downgrade me back to 8mb i replyed with a email saying i didnt order this and got a email back of james saying (We're aware of this system problem which is in error and will be sorted.)i have a open fault on my line for 2 days broadband support has been telling me to phone back in 4hrs which i was doing until yestarday at 5 pm when i was told they could not do enything because i was in the middle of a regrade i told him i didnt order it and james at sales said it was sorted. To then get told no we cant do enything until the order has finished.I have been try to get hold of adsl24 cs all week but i think there not in the office this week.:s:s:s

We are in the office just hammered all day on the phones. It's a system problem that Enta know of and any line affected will be put back on ADSL2+ as expected.
