Sorry just signed up with yourselves and should be migrating on the 29th but just need a bit of advice
just had my details through of activation date and e-mail details, my new e-mail address is dave at davidhillman.adsl24.co.uk however if i send a mail to this it does not get there, logged onto adsl24 webmail and sent a mail to my current email address and its showing davidhillman at davidhillman.adsl24.co.uk. any ideas James

dave[at]davidhillman.adsl24.co.uk does exist. In your mail control panel it lists the default account (which isn't a real e-mail account of davidhillman[at]davidhillman.adsl24.co.uk - you can ignore this.

But your dave[at]davidhillman.adsl24.co.uk is there.... Are you logging in to that account?

Hi James

Sorry was getting confused logging into webmail. I was logging in using davidhillman. When i logged in as dave@davidhillman.adsl24.co.uk i tested sending an e-mail to this address and have now recieved them, i presume when i;m up and running on the 29th i need to set the outlook email account username to dave@davidhillman.adsl24.co.uk ??
