Just wondering how long it takes to get a response email about the upgrade, i clicked the upgrade option in the my account page on friday the 17th and checked and confirmed i have a adsl2+ router and clicked process upgrade.

The pages states i should recieve an email updating me during the process, yet I have recieved no emails at all.

On one of the other threads didn't James say it would be 48hrs (business day hours not weekends)

When I upgraded this morning a support ticket was automatically created for me, you could check to see if there's any information in there.

there was indeed a support ticket, thanks for the help.

kind of a weird place to put it without telling you it would be there though.

All our customer receive Regular Status Reports Via their Cpanel of any account changes or upgrades.

Expect Upgrades to ADSL2+ to take up to 24-48 Working Business hours not including Weekends.

Requested the ADSL2+ upgrade on Sunday night, the order appeared placed on Monday and today (Tuesday) the job was done. So ADSL24, Enta & BT all working fast on something - good news for a change. That deserves pats on the back all round, methinks. :)

That seems fast, I got notification that a manual upgrade has been put through on Wed 15th April - so it's now 5 full working days I've been waiting for the upgrade to ADSL2+. That's much more than 24-48 working hours, and I understand there is a backlog of requests but it still seems like it is taking much longer than it should.

Anyone else been waiting as long as me or longer for the ADSL2+ upgrade? I'm already on 21CN so its just a matter of upgrading the speed from upto 8mb to upto 24mb. My last contact through ticket was it "will" be done within 24-48hrs and that was 11:25am on Monday, so that's now passed too....

Since my bill date of 2nd April. I even put through the order initially back in March when we were first given the choice of new packages to pick from. Exchange was upgraded in Feb. 3 tickets and a phone call later i'm still nowhere nearer adsl2+.

Currently there is a Huge list of Customers wanting top Upgrade to the ADSL2+ Service.

Please be assured we are working to have these Active as soon as possible... please allow up 24-48 Business working Hours to all Upgrade to Complete...

You will receive Automated Responses via Cpanel of the Upgrade Status.

Thanks for the update and I can appreciate it's a busy time for you, though I wouldn't keep stating "24-48 business hours" since it's clearly taking a lot longer than that to complete
