James, can you please fix the bug that means instead of seeing my bandwidth usage I get this:

Please note that we are aware of a problem with some accounts whereby the usage reports are either showing last months data or have not reset this month. Our programmers are working on this and we hope to have a resolution shortly.
Been 6 weeks now, I think you need to get tougher on your programmers :D
Seriously though, I have been using more of my "paid for" bandwidth than I normally use, and I am worried I may be creeping over the limit and I dont want to get capped. Even on the entanet site it gives me 0 usage stats.
However, please note, If this means I am not being recognised by the system and I can download what I want when I want, then do not fix it!!
Anyone else in the same boat?
