any issues tonight on the pipes??

my d/l went as low as 9kbps ran btspeedtester this told me to run second part of test but could not work that out. BT speedtester will not let me run the first test until i have run second. Do you input the bt_test_user part into your router settings if so then when i do this it will not connect??

Any help useful my d/l has been constant 3mb for 3/4 weeks not sure what has happened

Getting less than 1mb on thinkbroadband speedtest???

EDIT:Now its gone to 3177kbps something not right pages will not load then they will going from 9kbps to 3177 whats going on

EDIT:Time now 1.03 am and it seems to have cured itself as stable 3mb on last 3 tests must have been something down the line somewhere.

EDIT: 1.15am playomg up again dropped to 2/300 kbps then back to 3129.

I had the same thing at the same time - it was too slow to be usable. I restarted the router at about 00:30 and got synched at 4000 instead of the previous 4416, with speedtest.net reporting 2400 kb/s instead of the usual 3400+. The BT Max reports showed a downstream drop from 4000 to 3424.

It was still slow this morning, so restarted the router again and now am back to normal, synched at 4416 with speedtest.net reporting 3500+ and Max reports showing downstream 4000.

Any ideas?

Strange that, I checked the pipes last night around midnight-ish, and they all had green lights, no problems showing at all.
Maybe your exchange was having some work done on it :confused:

There were a few reported issues so looks like it wasn't just you. I've logged this with Entanet, but people are now reporting it's all back to normal. It may well have just been one of those moments - but hopefully Entanet will be able to tell us more.

I checked which one I was on last night thanks and it showed 95% free but was still getting issues.

I had to reboot my router this morning to get back on line and have sync higher.

Very frustrating at least i was not the only one

Will have to note the help number as i have not written it down and thought s**t how do i contact anybody:eek:

Central 1 seemed a little erratic yesterday, as I mentioned in another thread. Once connected to Central 3, things were fine at around midnight -1 am.

I'll try and swap centrals later (connection tied up at the mo :rolleyes: )

Read the thread tried to register to let them know i sill cannot see which pipe I am on but cannot register says my email is banned.?????????????

So to cap I cannot see which pipe i am on so the problems are still there but i cannot leave a post to tell them

They are aware of it and working on it. As its a free site anyway we have no right to complain it's not working :)

I am not complaining just that i have tried to register on there forums before and just do not seems to be able to.

I have emailed admin like it asked me to but got no reply just given up
