My drop-outs stopped on the morning of the 1st May
Anybody else spotted this, especially Abingdon exchange.

I wonder why Enta booked a BT call-out hours after the drop-outs ceased?

I will have to type-up all the details for the engineer to read when he arrives Tuesday AM.

I am still capped at 2Mb and that was the subject of my ticket so I guess it still stands.

A bit weird of Enta 'cos as they are the ones who can remove the cap then they are making a call of their own for some reason or not.
If they can remove the cap does it follow that they put it on in the first place.

I am Didcot based - and all the drop outs stopped on the same day as you. The support ticket just said "it should be fixed now". I would like to know what suddenly changed. Apparently our speed should go up from 1.5meg in my case straight back to normal after 3 days of a stable line.

I hadn't heard about the 3 days stability bit although it sounds logical.
I did post about a 1st May change a few days ago:)

All together - it's just a co-incidence

Just thinking about the 3 days
:- Fri 1st, Sat 2nd & Sun 3rd
The BT engineer they booked arrives Tue 5th AM so that leaves them Mon 4th to cancel etc, 'cos I will not be paying for their mistakes!
:p

I'm in the same area as you guys; no dropouts on the Milton Keynes interconnect since 9am on the 1st.
