Well I migrated hesitantly from Zen about a month ago and to be perfectly honest I cannot fault the service one bit
Speeds have been perfect, connection flawless and support second to none.
I have been experimenting creating VPN tunnels between routers from mine to a friends (helped by the excellent upload speeds offered on the office package) as part of a solution to be rolled out to clients and extensive network monitering has been observed during this process and has been spot on.
Keep up the good work and will certainly be recommending you to friends and family
