Getting Slower and Slower.

Hello,

Recently my adsl has been getting slower and slower.

Now im syncing as low as 3000 kbps

Please can this been looked into please and tell me why its getting slower.

I used to recoment this isp to everyone i knew now im having second thoughts, and considering getting my mac code, after all the time ive been with this isp, just like my last isp freedom2surf, its getting slower over time.

This two bank holidays my online gaming has been cut short due to your problems, i hope this will be the last.

Mines got quicker the last 6 weeks and way less than half your lowest speed which i can live with.
Have seen as low as 2kb/sec upload speed but rarely show anything wrong in speed tests. Reduced bandwidth and punters all trying to get through same network, the quickest connections taking priority.
