Be carefull with your flags. I have 16 now and when the ALT is on I get between 300kbps - 500kbps, if it is off I get just under 4mbps.
Got a call open and they say I am not being throttled but I have been using the ALT timer and doing a speed test. Every time the ALT is on my speed is pittiful. When it is off my speed is fine.
So glad I am moving to LLU and will hopefully be in the first batch.
