Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test: -provides background information.
Your DSL connection rate: 9120 kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 960 kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP profile for your line is - 8000 kbps
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 237 kbps

I should have switched ISP after Christmas when things started to get really bad. However against my better judgement I decided to wait for 21CN and was migrated around one month ago. Speeds weren't too bad at first but I assume Enta have now either turned down the bandwidth allowance for Peterborough or there are too many users as speeds are just unusable. Pisses me off beyond belief.

SORT IT OUT.

I'm also on the Peterborough node. Here are my results:

Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test: -provides background information.
Your DSL connection rate: 3072 kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 447 kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP profile for your line is - 2500 kbps
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 2175 kbps

Couldn't be happier really. My ADSL has never been faster than this!

I get the same when the ALT is on, but I use the kingston node. It's due to being throttled by ENTA. How many bad boy flags have you got?

None as it's pointless downloading.

I've used stunts excellent ALTimeter to monitor ALT every minute today and since 10.37am it has been on all day. How are we supposed to use our connections with this sh*t system. I'm really at the end of my tether.

ALT has been on nearly all day today also. What a complete joke of an ISP. 21CN? Crap Network?

IP profile for your line is - 6000 kbps

It's not good enough and seems to have got far worse over the past week or so.

I am now getting very pissed with this. All weekend ALT was on and now it's on all evening. How the **** are we supposed to download anything! I'm taking this ******* service to the trading standards. I've had enough.

The ALT is on from about 5pm until 5am daily on my node with the occasional bit in the day just for good measure. My speed goes from megabits to kilobits.

I jumped on the new LLU service as soon as I could and should be going live today.

They have a capacity issue but will not invest to put it right. My advice would be jump ship or accept it.

If you do complain to trading standards or watchdog or anyone else and need other complainants I will be more than happy to come forward.
