Stuck profile

Lo all - wasn't sure whether to post here or submit a support ticket, so I decided to post here.

Okay, I got my connection 10 days ago (end of training period), at no point through this period has my connection become faster than 2000 kbps and my profile has remained at 2000 kbps. The actual line is much better and my pings are great since interleaving was turned off.

Could something be done to increase my line speed?

P.S. Bt speedtest:

TBH you'd be better opening a ticket for this. Tickets will always get priority over forum posts as the admins only get an opportunity to read the forums once the "heavy stuff" (tickets) have been dealt with.

Yep - ticket or email is always best as we read them all day. I've put a fault through to BT for you now though :)

It can take BT a while. Sometimes its a few days if we are very lucky. Will give them another push...
