When I migrated to adsl24 from freedom2surf I had a solid 8mb MAX, this fell after about 6 months to about 6500.
Update to 21CN, fell to about 5, so I opted to update to the up to 24mbps, only to find that no matter what, it will not go above a sync speed of 3071900 (upload 1087900).
What was telling me I could expect about 12mbps has given me what turns out to be only slightly in practice faster than I had on 2mb.
When I got switched over the newer faster service the line stats took a dive of about 4dB on line attenuation.
Anyway I can go back to what I was getting when I first joined adsl24.
Tried putting a different router on the main incoming faceplate, and got exactly the same connection, so I can safely say that it is not anything to do with internal wiring.
