Bought from SVP for quite a few years. They do have the occasional lemon like a Lite On DVD recorder which I really should have sent back, but they have been great for other stuff.

If they carried a bit more PC building range it would be great, but for consumables etc they are the biz!

I can endorse the good opinions here. I've dealt with SVP several times and always been impressed with their service and deals. They took back my LiteOn DVD recorder without complaint and gave me a refund. :-)

I left returning my dodgy DVD recorder too late, but they did exchange, and then eventually refund an extremely dodgy external enclosure for a hard drive!

Good company.

SVP have great prices and really excellent customer service.

I can't say I have as much faith in their hardware. I've had at least 2 DVDRW units from them, two housing units, a DVD cleaner and a DVD player - all of which pretty much had to go back for one reason or another.

The nice thing about it, is that they'll take items back no quibble AND pay for the courier to come and collect it from you.

cant crib at 19p for a 2 pack of Rayovac AA batteries.

we bought 20 packs and each pack lasts about 5/6 hours of constant xbox 360 wireless controller gaming (added up hours obviously, not all together...dont be stupid! lol)
