Hi,

Is it just me, or has anyone else had invoices (10 of them) for ADSL service during January 1970, and saying that the money will be debited from your account in early June?

I'm on night shifts at the moment, and so I called the 24 hour support, who were not very helpful. They just said to E-mail cs - which I had already done, as well as an E-mail to support when cs didn't get back to me (and no automatic ticket either). Anyway, E-mailed cs *again*, and to be fair I have got the magic number this time.

Just wondered if this is just isolated to me.

Not with invoices, but when i moved to ADSL24 i got this in my Order Status

Order placed - 1st Jan 70, 01:00

No delay

Never knew broadband existed is 1970

Definitely sounds like an Enta billing system issue. If you want to raise a ticket we can contact Enta on your behalf in the day.

Enta have had computer problems with billing recently.

Well, there is a ticket in now (1082923), so I'll give them to around lunchtime tomorrow, when I should just about be alive again. If they've not responded with a human by then, I'll post here and let you know.

P.S. What exactly is the relationship between ADSL24 and Entanet? Does Entanet own ADSL24, or are ADSL24 a sort of bulk customer of Entanet?

No ADSL24 is not owned by Entanet, ADSL24 is a private company it is a reseller of Entanet products,

Won't make a scrap of difference. ADSL24 have contacted Enta twice to sort my billing problem and its still the same.Now into the fifth month
