Frequent disconnections. Spoke to support this morning who raised a fault with BT.

BT decided in there wisdom there was no fault as internet was connected at the timethey were going to test ! It beggars belief !!!

When I first came to adsl24 I was hitting 4mb... now I have been capped at 2mb and lucky to hit 0.9mb today. Reason? I live too far away from exchange, although my neighbours enjoy fast speeds.
I spoke to support again today and they have raised this with BT (again). Do I need to raise a ticket again and again??

I wouldn't raise another ticket - stick with the one you have raised or give their 24 hour help line a call 01457 6000 25.
