Hi everyone.

To cope with demand, we have a new member of staff on board the ADSL24 team. His name is Mark (and is in fact, my brother...)

We are both working together to make sure he is able to offer as good a service as you are used to from the current team at ADSL24.

Hi folks. Very pleased and extremely excited to be on board with ADSL24. As you will have realised, something went wrong somewhere and my brother and I were born computer nerds!:D But hopefully one good thing will come out of that – a continuation of the high levels of service you have come to expect from ADSL24.

Thought it might be nice to give you a bit about my background. I have worked in IT technical support now for over 10 years. Yes I am still barely sane but only just!:eek: I have administered and supported a number of operating systems and networks including Microsoft (surprise surprise) and also Apple Macs. I have been following the forums and support tickets created for a short while now here at ADSL24 to get a feel for the support needed by you guys. I am certainly looking forward to actively getting involved with the provision of support over the coming months as well as continuing to improve the website and services available.

I am sure that my appointment here onto the ADSL24 team will convince you even further of our commitment to provide you with the best service possible!:)

Nahhhhhhh. That happened a long time ago. Just wail until Mark REALLY finds out what it's like. Nothing to do all day but browse the Internet and drink coffee...Honest ;)
