adsl2+..another speed problem

hi ive bin with adsl24 for quite a while now never had a problem.. june the 1st i upgraded to the adsl2+ service .. ive got a netgear dg834pn router..and according to that its connected at 15323kbps ..using a speed checker im getting a throughput of between 10 and 12mb.. but after while it seems to be droping to less than 1mb now sometimes it returns back to 10 or 12mb on it own but mostly ive bin unpluging the router n pluggin it back it in and its ok again for abit

now ive been reading on here about other havin problems too.. and im no expert on the matter but will this sort itself out or do i need to contact adsl24 for them to do something about it?

i dont think im on LLU broadband .. im not entirely sure wat it even is..lol.. im jus on the "home 30" home broadband package.. it sed i could upgrade to adsl2+ from my 8mb package i was on
