I don,t seem to be able to change my line options in the configuration page. I get the following message.........

"Oops...

There was an error applying your settings - please try again or contact support via the ticket system. "

I have raised a ticket....anyone else had this problem??

Usually just try again in 5-10 mins. If it persists then raise a ticket :)

James I had already raised a Ticket and support had offered to configure for me. I would still like the choice to configure for myself rather than raise a ticket and get support to configure. I thought that was the whole point of having "Line Options" so that the user could configure the options for him/herself.
If I get the wrong configuration then I can revert back to default setting of my own accord?
I appreciate that my settings may be optimal at the moment, but I would still like that choice of being able to set for myself.

It should be. If we can changed it, you should be able to via the My account page. Did you try recently?

It would appear that Line Options does not works via my account page. I have tried on numerous occasions.

Support are on to it now...here is there response...............

"can you provide me with your login in details to your "My Account" page

for some reason their isn't any on the system"

Hopefully, it will be solved soon
