How long for a MAC?

I requested a MAC last Tuesday (16 June). I haven't received any notification yet. I just wondered if anyone knew how long it usually takes to come through? I couldn't find anything about it in the FAQ.

A Mac Code is supposed to be issued within 5 working days,

Have you looked in "My Account"

Yes, it shows date of request only.

I requested mine too on 18th and its still not there yet.

I eventually got mine, but I had to raise a ticket to get it. They said it "hadn't gone through" the first time. So, if you don't hear anything, raise a ticket.
