Billing appears to have been a right cock up with Enta over the last few months. I've had 3 invoices in the last two weeks covering the last two months and next month.

It looks like I'm being overcharged. As far as I can see the Home30 package is £18.90 a month but I've been charged £19.56 for at least the last 3 invoices. I'm not sure when the new prices came in but if everyone is being overcharged by 66p then it will soon add up to a decent bit of extra income for Enta.

Yup I had problems like this in may/june. Enta debited my account twice in the same period.
They then credited my account for my home 30 service.

On the plus side, when I rang them up to find out what the hell was going on, the chap on the other end informed me that there was a billing error with their accounts software (or whatever) and as a result they audited the lot to see who had been overcharged and credited the accounts with the appropriate monies.

iirc the £19.56 is what the old service used to cost before all the 'new' packages were announced; did you choose a new package or did you let the isp choose for you (the closest to your original 8mb service)?

Give them a ring, they were pretty helpful for me.

Only took a few moments to speak to a person too, not like pipex :o

I chose my new package a few weeks before the switchover happened.

I'll give them a ring over the weekend (assuming someone will be in the office).
