Having had issues with BT for several weeks - they seem to have locked my sync speed somehow. It is no longer affected by the noise margin in any way.

I decided to leave it for a couple of weeks because I was tired of phone enta everyday, only to be told that they were waiting for an update from BT.

This last few days, although my sync is still the same, and my profile, throughput speeds have dropped to an appallingly low rate.

I am at present sitting listening to the horrible music that enta play as you wait to be put through, probably to be fobbed off again.

Already I have been waiting for 25 minutes, and am still at the same position in the queue, I have been told several times that I was 2 minutes away from getting through.

Eventually got through to someone completely unhelpful, eventually suggesting that I was lying that there was a problem.

I told him to send a mac code, and then I hung up the phone.

I can’t stand this any longer.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrghhh hhhh.

Dont blame you m8 but lets hope ADSL24 offer its customers an alternative to Entanet.

It's got worse. Practically unusable now.

Should read "Enta are going into meltdown"
Headin' for that black hole of failed businesses that ignore and fob off subscriber problems. Unfortunate for ADSL24 in that they are attached at the hip...and as they say...what happens to one, happens to the other...

Maybe post meltdown they will be recycled into something worthwhile...

I get so frustrated by Entanet's ability to carry out simple customer services. They get paid a lot of money from their customers, and this level of service is not ideal.

It is beyond belief that my recent problem was sorted out by a mate from a support guy at Entanet. It is very good that Entanet did this for me, but it should be standard practice between BT and Entanet.

Good luck with your MAC code and change.

The meltdown started before Christmas.

Yes, isn't it sickening. I wish someone had told me before I came here, in May.

Yes, isn't it sickening. I wish someone had told me before I came here, in May.

Actually this was a slow process and we are all finding out!

I have been daily knocked our about 0.5Gb of (stupidly) since I did the top-up!

I am in a 3Gb monthly and I normally only use 2.5Gb - I noticed I was getting near the 3Gb fast this time and did not know why.

It actually has been happening for a while.

Now I had the restart of my monthly 3Gb and yesterday I 'supposidely' used 0.72Gb !

I uploaded a few files and I am talking about kilobytes!

I do most of my updates during off-peak times and still keeps going up.

So, I mailed them and asked for refund of the top-up.

Not heard from them.

Please note: if you send 10 emails you may receive one reply (if they like the question). This has 'always' been happening.

I am sorry that ADSL24 is with them, but part of the blame is of ADSL24 too - they chose Enta!

I am sitting and waiting, but if I get robbed of my top-up and also the 'normal' 3GB I pay for, fireworks will start!

I have been waiting for improvement since January, but when somebody starts to take the mickey out me, well you all would not like it!

ADSL24 is starting to go down the list:

which some says is biased towards Enta - I do not know that.

Fireworks, yes, that's what they need. And I know the precise location in which to administer it.
