Currently having problems with my connection (dropouts every few minutes, very high pings and packet loss) when its normally very stable.

Tried to contact your support team, after 30 minutes in a queue I get told that they only help Entanet customers and give me the LLU number, after calling this I get an automated message saying you open Monday to Friday 9-5.

Which is weird as I currently pay ADSL24 more for the same service I can get directly from Be because you supposedly have better support?

I work Monday to Friday 9-5 also, so if I am going to have a problem with my internet it's never going to be during these times.

LLU support is only open as you say during normal office hours Mon-Fri 9-5, so if you work normal office hours its no use. Dont think this was totally clear until recently.
I believe your only option is to raise a ticket

Yeh its not very obvious, and not detailed at all on the LLU details page: http://adsl24.co.uk/broadband/llu/

But it is mentioned on the contact us page here:

Are ADSL24 intending to have a 24/7 support line in the near future?

We need a lot more on the LLU service before it becomes a viable option as you can appreciate. Also, it would not be extremely beneficial to the customer even if it was 24/7 as BT are not open 24/7 and therefore any line faults that are outside of your own router settings etc can't be logged until the next working day when they reopen.
