As it reads on 'my account' that line options are not available for 21cn WBC platform how do you know what your IP profile is?

You can find out using BT speedtester (http://speedtester.bt.com/)

Which is about as much use as a chocolate teapot ( the speedtester I mean)

I agree its crap, as I have used it before, just tried it and this time it actually worked.....shock horror and I was able to get my profile.

As a speedtest yes, to tell you your profile it's very useful (when it works)
