Hi,

Last week I applied to switch over to LLU, with my switchover date estimated to be the 13th. I'm just curious as to whether its up to us to inform Enta that we will no longer be requiring their service as I've just received my monthly invoice from them for roughly £20 which is for service up to 9th September so I'm a little confused now as they are obviously wanted to charge as usual and not just up to the switch over date as expected.

Nope, once you go live on LLU our system will request Enta to manually raise a credit for your unused weeks with them etc. Enta have no recollection or way of knowing you are switching to LLU as BT only provide them with this once it happens, not before - so thats why a bill would still be raised if you are still live on your billing date.
