Transfering domain

I joined ADSL24 yesterday. My main e.mail service is based on my domain which is hosted by Easyspace. I am intending to move it here, but have a two questions.

1. If I simply change the name servers via the Easyspace CP does that end my link with Easyspace? In other words when the domain comes up for renewal, will that come through ADSL24?

2. In between doing the above, and getting my e.mails set up on ADSL24, will any incoming e.mails be lost?

Note: I do not have webspace on Easyspace, just a redirect from my domain to my website which is still on ukgateway.net (Tiscali), linked to an old dial-up account which has not been closed.

Hi there.

We are not a domain registrar so you will need to renew it with the company you bought it with, but all you require to do in order to get it working is to update the nameservers to dns1.adsl24.co.uk and dns2.adsl24.co.uk

Let me know the domain name so I can set it up this end for you. You will need to add the required e-mail accounts in your cPanel. So if you had jim@domain and bob@domain you need to add the accounts jim and bob in your cPanel (after we've added your domain to the system - let us know what it is)
