Hullo,
Just got my invoice from Entanet...for a full month, despite having switched to LLU on 18th August - can you help?

This normally happens when the BT system never informed Enta's system that the migration officially completed, so Enta were not aware of the fact the line was migrated from them. I'll get the charge refunded, leave it with me.

Credit was raised on the 26th so I would expect the refund to be in you bank around the 15th of this month. I'll chase it up.

Yes, as long as the money's coming in what's the point of following up customers problems, answering queries or even having the courtesy of returning a phonecall?
