Bit of info needed please

Ive just checked my usage stats on the Entanet billing site and ive just noticed this means ive never seen it before. ive never had any top ups as you can see ive got loads of allowance left what does this top up remaining 42.99 GB/45 GB mean. And that Overuse Method:Topup.

As i say ive never needed to have a topup and as you can see ive got loads of usage left.

Thats a very good spot buster i have a similar 45 gb top up on my office 45 package i at first wondered if it was some patch to stop us that are getting broken usage figures from triggering an auto over usage charge because i certainly have never bought any top up (although i will be checking my statements like a hawk) and if i read it correctly it would be a mess to actually buy a 45gb top up.

But with now checking the figures i see that they are actually reporting the correct peak usage (how many months has this took) perhaps James can look at getting adsl24's figures to match.So its a bit of a mystery and even more so as i appear to have already as you have , used a couple of Gb of this top up.

No doubt Enta will explain to us what it is in there own sweet time ..... they do tend to do changes on a friday just before going home.I have long since given up looking for logic in Entanets way of doing business.

Yes m8 i was worried in case they took payment for something ive not authorised . i hope James can let us know what this is before i get a reply from Entanet. With it being the weekend i dont think i will get a reply from them until Monday now.
