Ok, I'm abit confused about the usage, i remember hearing there was problems with office usage stats. I don't know which usage stats are right and which aren't. The ADSL24 stats say i have used 42GB peak this month whereas entanet say i have only used 22GB.
I know it's an issue, but i just want to clarify which stats i should trust as being accurate.

Entanet's stats look to be correct and the total usage they show (peak + offpeak) agrees with what ADSL24 is showing.

I'm guessing that, although Entanet are showing true actuals to subscribers, the cumulatives that ADSL24 interrogates to get THEIR figures have not been corrected yet.

As the ADSL24 Usage Stats carry this warning...

"Please note: These usage reports are obtained directly from Entanet's live usage servers with no error checking and as such may not always be 100% accurate. These usage reports, although should be 100% accurate, can not be treated as official for billing purposes."

I would trust Entanet this time. :o

Which Enta stats are you using?

The "headline" usage shown on Enta billing website may be incorrect.

In my case, sum of the daily usage for the current period on the Enta billing site is equal to the usage shown by ADSL24. This also matches the figures shown on the Enta "usage summary" (up to the preceding midnight). The "headline" usage under read until very recently.

When I reported this problem to Enta they replied to say they were working to resolve it. It seems that the problem has now been fixed for me, but that may not apply to everyone.

Hope not mine for this month read 24.28 used already only started 1st.
ADSL24 reporting 1.88 seems about right.
Its not last months (Aug) as that was 28.57 probably:rolleyes:
