I'm with BT at the minute (hopefully not much longer) I was getting speeds of around 4 to 5mb which i was more than happy with, but recently i've dropped to around 450kbps sometimes even lower (my u/l speed was faster than d/l the other day lol) Anyway BT denying anything wrong on there end and tried new filters etc my end. The thing is the DMT program has my line at 5632kbps would this be closer to the speed i could expect from you guys?

If your line is connected at 5632 you should be seeings speeds up to 5Meg so yes :)

Brilliant:) The lady i spoke to last night promised me a MAC without penalty on the rest of my contract if they couldn't fix it within 24hrs and the engineers deny anything wrong at their end so hopefully be here before much longer.

Well that went a whole lot better than i expected got code no problem and freed from contract without penalty:D Just away to get on with the migration but one more quick question. Can i use my voyager 2091 router or would i be better getting a new one?

Cheers for the quick answers too - very impressed:D

That router is fine as long as it's not locked to BT (eg, you can change the username/password)
