View Full Version : Should I be due a refund on my old package?

James had told me...when I was enquiring about what would happen after I went LLU...that I would get a refund for the unused part of my old package.

My monthly allowance always started on the 3rd. of the month, and my date for activation of LLU was on the 9th. September.

So I've only had a few days usage out of a whole month for which I paid my month's subscription of £15.90 before the new package payment began on the 15th.

I have just been into my a/c to set up the new Direct Debit and found that it says no refund is due to me!
Surely there must be something owing to me for the overlap?

I am in very similar situation to you Snowball and James is sorting it out for me. Apparently Enta do 2 refund runs per month (mid month and end of month). I suggest you drop an email to sales & I'm sure James will sort it out for you.

Yes, Entanet will refund you the difference owed to you, as you pay 1 month in advance, but only used 6 days of it. PM me your number and I'll chase Enta up, however Enta usually take around a month to complete the refund anyway, so it's probably already been sorted, but takes time to reach you :)

Thanks James, I'll PM you right away. :)

I'd have thought that the refund would have shown up in my a/c as 'owing', even if I hadn't received it.
