I have recently switched to the LLU Premium Plus service and am getting much better speeds (12.9, 1.1) but when I did the speed test it said my provider was Be Un Limited!

If this is the case then why the big price difference?
ADSL24 - £25.99/month
BE UN Limited - £17.50/month

ADSL24 use Be's LLU network however your technical support, webhosting, ticket system ect all go through ADSL24 which Be dont have.

BE does in fact come with technical support. A 24/7 freephone number, a live chat facility and a ticket system.

But Be's support is not in the UK, nor do they provide webspace/email as part of the standard packages, although this can be purchased for more £, but not as comprehensive as we provide etc.

Basically we use the o2 network and do not directly compete with o2/Be - that is not our aim as o2 have the mobile phone and landline market to make their money.

The pricing is also different because they sell it to us at a higher price than they can sell it direct, as they are a much bigger provider, so get cheaper costs all round.

BE don't offer email or webspace anymore.

Any chance of offering a reduction in the future for an account without webspace or email?
