We are working on a better FAQ section with lots more features and lots more questions etc.

Please let us know what you think so far. Of course, it's not all complete, but if you can think on any questions you think we have missed, or don't quite understand any of the questions/answers please let me know so we can ammend it before it fully going live.

I think it's a sound idea. And to call on your users for opinions of what could be included makes a lot of sense. I already find that the info you provide is pretty good. One of the things that's missing/not clear enough maybe is site hosting using the included adsl24 web space.

At the mo, according to your faqs, it seems like Fantastico is included. I'd drop this faq if adsl24 is not going to include it anymore (under your existing webspace problems section) and I'd include a small section in your new 'webspace configuration' section that explains how peeps could host a site and how they might ftp to it.

I'd also explain that the adsl24 space includes all the necessary Apache, MySQL and PHP requirements to host something like Joomla, or Wordpress as peeps might not be aware of this.

Apart from that, I'd say keep up the good work :)
