It may sound exaggerated, but should we call the POLICE to investigate ENTANET ?

Again the bandwidth problem on BOTH my accounts.

I have just logged in about this and found others with similar problems.

Last month (yesterday!) I noticed the bandwidth counter was counting on average about 1Gb off every day on my home 30 plan and we DO KNOW we do not use it that much.

It has now started on our work Home 3 plan too.

We are closed on a Wednesday and they have taken off bandwidth from 1.22 left to 1.1 with the modem off - I mean switched off one day!

I know it is not much, but:

1. I paid for it
2. 0.12 from a 3Gb account equal to: 4%

... and about 1/1.2 on a 30Gb equals to 4% too - strange.

We have a 4% loss without using - something wrong with their meters?

So, should we call the POLICE to investigate ENTANET ?

What happened to the new ADSL24 new connection/tariffs (away from Entanet)?
I cannot find the thread.

before you go crazy ;)

Login to the billing site at enta, and look at a break down for usage for that day.. does it have a constant trickle all day? or is it in a block.

Also did you have the router off (physically) from (at least) midnight to midnight)?
