hi can someone give me the number for entanet wos suppose to get a refund when i changed over to llu but still no joy thanks :)

This is the number on the letter they sent me: 0333 101 0000
and this is the Direct Line number for Credit Control: 0333 101 9535 (at the bottom of the same letter).
