To say this isp is a breath of fresh air I have been gaming like i've never gamed before.
I had an email login problem last night (the first time I have setup adsl24 email) and it wouldn't log in a quick support ticket later I'm in like Flynn.

After months of hassle with tiscali (slow speeds and no gaming and support that really doesn't have the right to call itself support) im like a pig in , well you know what now.

So far it seems these guys actually think of the customer aswell as , naturally profit.

Thanks for the comments! It's no wonder we have more and more people migrating to us each week :)

As I would be the first to complain about bad service - I have to give credit for the smooth changeover of my website and domains - also no probs so far with my connection even though my line can't get very high - at least it's reliable -

Now hurry up get that doorframe fixed -there are customers waiting.:D

Shock horror! We would never think of our customers in such a way! We are all one big family shacked up in a huge house. It's just that our customers pay us rent:D

can't believe virgin tried to tell me it was my line the ***. wp adsl24 - just dont go and get over subscribed now. i dont want to have to change isp ever again

Well, it certainly is a wonderful experience on ADSL24,especially compared to my last ISP; Plusnet. There the forums were full of customer complaints and very little real effort by the company, to sort out concerns - they were more interested in PROFIT first!!

Here it is all about:

Great Value
Great speeds

And certainly even Greater customer service and support

It took me 3 years to move from Plusnet; kept hoping against hope, that they would improve. But I am so pleased I made the move here

Well done everyone at ADSL24

Simon
