BT Line Speed Stuck at 2000kbps

Hi - my BT line speed is stuck and it has been over 10 days since my migration.

IP profile for your line is - 2000 kbps
DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM) 8128 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 1843 kbps

I raised a ticket under reference 6483. Please could give me an update regarding my query.

I replied twice to your ticket (it was duplicated - ticket ID 6482)

But for your reference, I replied straight away to say:

I will log this with them know. Please note they are never quick with these but we never give up until they sort it.

Hi James,

Thanks for that, how can I see your replies? Do I view them under the 6482 ticket, if so please could you email me the key so i can access, as I only have key for 6483.

So BT have to come out to me, what is it they have to do? If someone needs to be home, unfortunately only Mondays or Fridays are convenient in the week.
