Well i,ve now migrated to ADSL24, and just managed to get on-line via dial up.
BT finally managed to check my line after a week with no internet and their words 'weve screwed up the line on migration'
After various calls to them, they now say theres no problems their end and i have software issues on my pc !!
I have tried another router and still it doesn't connect. Hence i,m now on 56k dial up (my god its slow  ) although finally manged to check emails now

Anyway - Just to say thanks to James, (i think were on first name terms now) for all your help in sorting me out so far and i,ll wait to hear from you after your chat to BT.

Cheers for all your help, appreciate it - does this guy ever sleep ?

Regards
Steve :o

You all should really go back to dial up for a day , for old times sake

I'll guess you'll advise me if BT had anything to say today James, but please let me know as soon as you here anything, dial-up is so depressing :(

Looking at the records BT have put online today it appeard the migration of course failed. They are looking into this and it may be they scrap it and re-arrange for a new migration to properly go ahead. I'll keep you updated.

So are they 'now' admitting its their fault ? (as we know it is)

Haven't heard nothing, am i to assume BT have organised another migration ?
If so, am i looking at another 10 days ?

Sorry - so many questions, but getting really annoyed with dial-up :(
and desperate to get BB back
