advice on which package please

I've just got my Mac code & hope to move to ADSL24 very shortly.

Can you give me some advice on which package please.

I''m shown as 2.68km from Caernarfon exchange (as crow flies).

Line speeds are: fixed rate 1000k and 2000k
MAX speed 2000kbs.

My router stats are;-
connection speed 2336 kbps down / 448 kbps up
line attenuation 61.0 db down / 31.5.db up
noise margin 3.6db down/ 18.0db up

Now for my question - am currently with Firenet on fixed 2mb should I sign up for a FIXED line or try MAX?

If it says you can get 2Mb fixed speeds definitely - go for that. It will be more stable. We can always change you to Max in the futire if you wish to.

P.S. You are actually already on MAX with Firenet. Fixed 2Mb is 2272 and you are currently on 2336 but the SNR is very low meaning it could cause dropouts.
