I received your email (think it is a general email) about the new LLU service available.

When I log into my account it says:
At present your exchange does not have our C&W LLU equipment present and as such we are unable to offer you this additional service. To see if your exchange is enabled or has a go-live date, click here.

But when I search for my exchange (Toothill), it says it is live.

Am I missing something here?

Your exchange definately can get C&W.

Probably just a bad checker.

Mine says the same thing, I assume it's just an error on the My Account page

I also got the LLU email and I'm not sure if I should move or not. What are the benefits of moving to LLU?

Thanks

Lower contention, no traffic management, ability to tweak SNR....

You bypass BT profiles is the main thing. Usually cheaper, stable & unlimited downloads in a nutshell.

And fast :D

Only marginally in my case, about 1-2mb up on my non-LLU connection.

Wish it was faster :(

That's the limit of your line though :)

I am disappointed that C & W LLU is now being offered free set-up, after I payed £46 last week.
That will teach me to rush into things.
