General Question on LLU

One thing that isn't clear for me about switching to C&W LLU - what exactly is being switched? i.e. does my phone line (mechanics and billing) remain with BT, line rental stay the same etc? Is it only the broadband aspect that changes? Still BT I go for for telephone issues? I'd appreciate it if somebody could clarify. Thanks.

The only thing that changes is your broadband. Your BT line remains the same. I switched over last week from the previous package (home 30) to C&W LLU. If you were to register for C&W LLU, ADSL24 will inform you of when your provisional migration day will be (could be 5-7 days from the day you registered). Also they'll give you a new username and other important information such as what to do during migration day.
