Anybody using Terra or Saturn servers for their e-mails with Windows Mail?
Joe set me up for both of these today, but each time I get a dialogue box asking me to input my user name and password and no matter what I do it keeps on coming back with the dialogue box. Joe wasn't able to solve it.
So does any body have the settings required in Windows Mail under Tools Accounts... and then the properties for the account that is set up.
Under Servers tab i have used either
Incoming Mail POP3 as saturn.adsl24.co.uk
Outgoing Mail SMPT as saturn.adsl24.co.uk
or
Incoming Mail POP3 as terra.adsl24.co.uk
Outgoing Mail SMPT as terra.adsl24.co.uk
My server requires Authentication is turned off
as is Log On using Secure Password Authentication
Thats all I have changed, but as I say I keep on getting the dialogue box asking me to input my user name and password
Can anybody verify that I have my settings correct please, as I am not getting any e-mails now.
Cheers
Les
