I've got several accounts for rented properties and the latest one that was connected is acting really strange...
It's never connected properly.
However it has connected... and got assigned an ip address like 172.x.x.x (clearly not valid for enta).
It's now returned to not being assigned an IP address.
It's 21CN and I'm using the following format for the username:
<username>@adsl24.net.uk
... I've sent a ticket but there's the backlog...
