Inverness exchange [Archive]

Anyone on the Inverness exchange? I had 2 disconnections last night, one for about 30 mins and now my IP profile has gone from 11000 to 8000 and my download speed from 10.5 to 7.6Mb. I have raised a ticket but am just asking if anyone else has had the same problem on that exchange.

Thanks for the info, the first disconnection was from 00.45 for about 30 mins.

My connection came back up just over 17 hours ago. I don't think it was down for long, but the logs (and usage) have disappeared from My Account. This may be because I am due to switch over to the new service from Monday, or perhaps because this is the first day of a new billing period.

I don't think I've seen these changes to My Account in previous months, so I suspect that it is in preparation for the switch-over.

Ahh okay. I have disconnections sometimes on the Inverness Culloden exchange and it's a pain.
