Before i put the details in my router i was still using Entanet, i thought it was going to have some downtime until i put in my details.
Im not complaining just i thought my connection would stop with Entanet until like ive said put my details into my router.

IPStream <-> IPStream ~
These migrations tend to occur in the wee small hours and down time is hardly noticeable as often there is a small time span where you can connect to both ISPs.
Which ISP you can connect to depends upon something called SSB (Service Selection Barring). SSB and stage 1 Authentication is carried out at the bRAS, so in effect all BTw do is change on their records which ISP you are allowed to connect to. Sometimes there is a slight overlap where for a couple of days you may be able to connect to both ISPs until the migration has been fully completed.
Explains why

OK m8 thanks again. Just done that i hope i have no bother with them as James stated they (ADSL24) have taken over the peoples accounts who wanted to leave Entanet.
You can always speak to Enta accounts directly on:
0333 101 0000 (entanet's switchboard)
Have found them helpful previously
Overlap here too, but reconnected just fine.
