Simply change the username and password in your router to the one in your activation e-mail from us. It can be any time up to 8PM on the day so it's a case of waiting til' after thenm or just keep trying throughout the day.

Try it now man! Just make sure you know the old ISP's username/pass so you can change back if it doesn't work yet.

I can confirm BT just let us know your line has been migrated so it should work.

As soon as you log in to the Voyager router, it asks you for the username/password on the main screen...

Access it cia it's IP address, e.g. http://192.168.1.1

Have you changed the usrname and password in the router? You are still connected to your old ISP - I can tell off your IP address. Until you change the username/password you won't be on ADSL24 :) Your old connection will drop off shortly....

Jamie
Did you click on the link that James gave you?

THIS ONE --->> http://192.168.1.1 (http://www.adsl24.co.uk/forum/redirector.php?url=%68%74%74%70%3a%2f%2f%31%39%32% 2e%31%36%38%2e%31%2e%31)

What do you see when you click it?
It should be the user interface for your router. Now somewhere there will be the option to change your login details

On my Belkin it comes under WAN > Connection Type > PPPoA Interface

Different routers have different interfaces, I'm not familiar with your make of router, so I can't walk you through it.
You must have some instructions for it somewhere, maybe a pdf file on a cd for example.
You could search Google for some info, or wait until a member here with a similar router sees this and lends a hand. Either way you've gotta find out before your old ISP switches the connection off otherwise you will be without the net :eek:

Take a look in the manual for your router, it will detail where to change your Broadband username/password. Were you on BT before? If so, they may have locked it so you can't change those details.

I think this is correct:

1. Click here: http://192.168.1.1
2. Click on Disconnect on the main page in the middle
3. The username and password box will appear
4. Change those details to your new login details
5. Press on Connect or Save

Yes James , I just found similar after Googling ;

Select the QUICK START menu, then select the disconnect option

A screen will now load up to enter your ISP username and password

ps. Jamies IP addy suggests he is with BT, lets hope the router is not locked

OOPS ....just found this too;

BAD NEWS FOR NON-BT USERS THOUGH, both the voyager 2091 and 2500 models are configured ONLY for BT Broadband, :(

If your router is locked, this will unlock it:

- unzip the firmware > http://corz.org/public/docs/comms/router/firmware/BT%20Voyager%202091/BT_Voyager_2091_Unlocked_firmware-v1.zip

- in your web browser, go to http://192.168.1.1

- select "Advanced" from the menu

- enter user/password (default is admin/admin)

- select "Ugrade"

- select from pc to router (top of page)

- browse to previously unzipped file (cfe-rta1025wnz-v328q_a2pb021)

- select "Ugrade" (DO NOT power off during the upgrade!)

- wait a good 5mins

- all lights should be green on router

- point web browser at http://192.168.1.1 again

- ensure the VPI/VCI setting are set to 0/38

- ensure ADSL is connected and web page says "ready to connect"

- enter broadband login details

- It should now connect without issue.
