I assume this is just a glitch while something is being worked on? :o

Account closed

The ADSL account with the username of jamierf was closed on 1st February 2010 and is no longer accessible.

If you think this is in error or you require assistance please contact us.

I'm getting the same except my date is 12th August 2009 (which I think is the date I switched to O-bit).

Fixed :) I was upgrading the My account page backend which shouldn't have affected anyone logging in but I made a typo!

Had no problem with the Murphx change over but trying to access my account is a flop, keep getting

Been onto cs number of times since 18th but no joy yet.
Anyone any advice?

Migration date was yesterday.

I can't raise a support ticket either, as I appear to need to log-in to My Account to raise one!

I can't raise a ticket, and I can't get to see my usage stats which seem to be out of kilter for lots of folks.

It's Easter weekend so I doubt anyone's been in the office since last Thursday. I'm sure they'll get around to sorting it and a million other jobs out when they get back to work tomorrow ;)

Yea..I know it's the holidays and that there's tumbleweed in the office :).

But it does seem that those people who had this happen to them in February, earlier in the thread, appear to have had it fixed, so really, the question would be why does it still seem to happening to some new migrations?

James' earlier posts on the fixes related to typo's and O-bit issues...and seemed to be simple to mend. Let's hope they get it sorted soon...just looks a bit "broken":rolleyes:

I have this problem as well. Trying to login says account closed so it's really limiting my options when trying to get billing support.

Hi anyone who had this happen have it fixed. it's a bit of a pain not knowing usage etc.

will probably ring ADSL24 tomorrow - have to say they were very quick at sorting out the double billing.

I got a reply and it seemed that it was something that had to be checked on a database. Needed a bloke with a pipe wrench to fix it :D
