Hi. I've seen this site from dslzoneuk.net and the comments seem good. I am possibly looking at joining you guys and leaving Nildram who have been steadily getting worse. I have asked for my MAC code.

How many customers do you have? Do you have plans for expansion with investment?

I worry with small firms that start of great, but as soon as they get more people join they can't cope and everything turns sour. I've had this a couple of times before.

What speed can I expect with these stats?
My stats.

Data rate (Kbps)
6944 448

Noise margin (dB)
5.6 22.0

Output power (dBm)
19.7 11.9

Attenuation (dB)
37.0 23.0

IP profile for your line is - 6000 kbps
DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM) 6944 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 2948 kbps

Hi Disdain.

We are continously improving our network. We use Entanet as the wholesale supplier, which at the moment is one of the largest there is. They are actively upgrading the core network when the need arises. THis is backed by the fact they have just installed another 622MB pipe to cope with the customer demand.

We are a small company which means you receive a much more personal service. We are based in Manchester and will never outsource outside the UK. As more customers sign up, we take on more staff. The people on this forum will vouch for that and as you can probably see by browsing around we are on top of our game. We only supply broadband so we are focused on this alone.

Your line stats are great. You will see speeds of up to 6000 Kbps with us (as your profile should remain on 6000 as you are now) - this is determined from your SYNC rate of 6944 which in turn is based off your distance to the exchange.

Thanks :)

James
