Support Telephone Number

Hi,
Does anyone know the support number??
I have been trying the numbers that I know and they are coming back either with a strange noise or the disconnected tone.

My connection via the router has been fine but a few times have been unable to connect. Now my connection speed has dropped to 6208 but my profile via BT is now set at 500kbs!!! I connect via a BT faceplate and there has been no changes.

I have sent a ticket but was trying to reach support via phone.

I do not wish to move but may move to Virgin if there is no chance of improvement.

Any help guys? especially with the support number

Same number as normal, 01457 6000 25 choose ADSL support > Murphx

They won't be able to help with a profile issue really as this is all automated by BT. If your SYNC speed has gone back up by that much the profile will also do so within 24hrs.
