Hi,

Well after crap Piscali (ne tiscali/toscali/****cali) service with XBOX Live being picked up as p2p and being blocked/restricted, I have finally had enough and like many other p/tiscali members want to move to your service.

Currently I'm on the (i didn't ask for) LLU service.

Sorry just answered my own question. Pay the LLU fee instead of the new bt activation fee.

Anyway might as well say hello and I very much look forward to your service.

Hi :)

Yes, unfortunately Tiscali and co. have put a lot of customers on LLU without even letting them know

a) what LLU is
b) the fact they will have to pay a migration fee to get away from them
c) they have much more control and can impose lots more restrictions to your service.

At least we do accept LLU MAC codes which mean no downtime as opposed to the cancel/new activation route.

Last year when I was with tiscali they transferred me to LLU without letting me know - I found out because my connection stopped working. Never worked for a week. When they finally got it back online, it was so slow, I signed up for a virgin dial-up account to keep me online!!!

For the icing on the cake, I had to wait for the cancellation to go through and then another 7 days for signup again. What a total waste of time.
